Did you ever try aqua biking? if so, you will know that biking in the water will remain gentle to your joints while leaving no pity for your cellulite and abs! WaterBike is exactly the same but with some extra benefits: 

- You get your own "pool" where you bike, at different levels up to spinning. The water contains ozone, perfect for removing dead cells and leave you a clear and radiant skin! 

- You have a large possibility of hours to attend. Just book your sessions in advance, choose between the 30 or 45min and go! 

- Private and totally tailored sessions with a coach who stays next to you if you desire, motivating and counseling you. 

- You get your own TV, so the session becomes less hard... well.. the less hard part depends on you and how fast you bike... ;) You wan watch you 45 min favorite TV show and you won't even feel it!

We love the little cabins, so new, fancy and with this color change that keeps your energy and mood up. As the rural aqua biking, WaterBike will sculpt your legs and improve your body without lot of pain. You need to make the biggest possible effort, not just bike with no objective,.. that will just be a loose of time. Open to all levels, WaterBiking is equipped with a system that adjusts the level of resistance of the bicycle to your own likings. You will see the results quite fast. This is not a feminist post where men will feel like they should have never born or anything like that... This post is dedicated to all those women who know what falling in life means, who fight every day to make their dreams come true and find their strength from within themselves. This is what Uzume Spirit philosophy is based about.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to meet Paola Limonta, Managing Director of Uzume Spirit. I could feel this positive, motivating and friendly vibe just by looking at her. Smiling, kind, close, we grabbed some coffee at the trendy BG café in town... It was more than an interview, it was talking to a friend, exchanging our points of view in life, and learning about  how two different generations fight for a common reason: the desire to succeed and be happy in life.

The Uzume team is made by Nathalie, creative jeweler, and Paola, manager, translator and visual artist. They combined both backgrounds so they could offer what today is called Uzume Spirit. The main objective of their collections is to pay tribute to women who, in the past as well as in the present, inspire us with their legacy. Their "12Femmes d'Exception Collection" for example. Audrey, Marie, Sampat Pal, Aung San, Cléopatre, Simone... Their creations relate the personality, quality and strength of these women, whose names are engraved on their creations as a sign of gratitude.

I consider myself a total devoted to the Indian community, I work with Fundación Vicente Ferrer in Anantapur helping them develop their children and women based projects. Therefore, I was happily surprised when Paola told me their work with India is also very strong as they created the "Sautoir en Onyx" printing the Indian women names who struggle for the Indian women rights.

Innovative, pioneer, contemporain... Uzume Spirit has something for all of us: Inspiring, Motivating, but also Revealing! I love their "Bracelets Coquins....they come with a code that links you to an erotic novel you can read in their site... Why not? It's all about "Grey" anyway right?

What does the term BOHO has that we all love to adopt? Yes, “being Boho” is totally IN and the Geneva based Boho Bazaar founder, Evguenia Vojakina, tells us how to look Boho Chic with a few “clicks”.

Sienna Miller, Kate Moss, the Olsen’s sisters, they all have been influenced by this early 21st Century inspired fashion trend that you will find in this online handbag and accessory store called Boho Bazaar.

How can we not be in the blog era??? Blogs have been around for about 10 years, they are effective online diaries that anyone can set up, but thinking of something interesting to say each time can be quite tricky.

Genevaholic is starting this blog that promises to give you a different inside view of a beautiful, charming, international, and believe it or not... exciting city! You can live in Geneva and probably not have the chance to meet a single 100% swiss person... That's probably why this is home to near 200 international organizations and yes.... when it comes to Cosmopolitan... Geneva is the example! 

Talking about Cosmopolitans, going for an afterwork drink here is like attending a UN meeting... everyone is from a different place. Difference is what made me think about this project. We are different, we think, behave, believe...different, but we all have one thing in common: GENEVA.
